My teaching philosophy pivots around three core components:
Interactive student engagement in transparent skill learning.
Creating an intentional community where students feels safe to ask questions and "write messy."
Ensuring a Brave Space where students can show up as their complex selves.
Designed as a community of practice (CoP), my lectures include vibrant slides, pop culture references, in-class activities, digital engagement tools, and collective note-taking to share academic labor.
